Oh I have noticed that bulge in nearly every episode, especially seasons 2 & 3 lol. Did you know he refused to wear underwear and had his jeans shrunk to show his genitalia bulging on purpose? He thought it would attract more female viewers to the show. Producers asked him repeatedly to wear underwear, even instructed the camera crew to shoot him from the belt buckle up in the later seasons.
