Guest starring in a wide variety of series during the late 90's and early 2000's such as "Baywatch", "Step By Step", "NYPD Blue" and "Boston Public", Phillip was no stranger to our TV screens. He was especially known on Nickelodeon as and actor and Voice actor.
Phillip played the lead role of Noah Beznick on "Noah Knows Best". He also voice acted on "Hey Arnold" voicing the Arnold character for 36 episodes. He also appeared as himself on Nickelodeons "The Amanda Show".
