Advent Calendar 2022: Men of the MCU - Day 7 - Donald Glover
Ok, so Donald Glover aka Childish Gambino, is no stranger to any of us. He has been in some big time TV series and movies including "Atlanta", "Community", "Robot Chicken", "Magic Mike XXL"and even voice acted in 2019's "The Lion King"
He lands on this list as a man of the MCU for appearing in just one movie. He played the character of Aaron Davis/Prowler in 2017's "Spider-Man: Homecoming".
Whether you know him from Television, his music career or movies, Donald Glover is a man of the MCU and is todays featured actor.

Advent Calendar 2022: Men of the MCU - Day 6 - Richard Madden
Richard is no doubt a well known actor, best know for playing the character Robb Stark in Game of Thrones. He's also acted in some very well known movies such as Rocketman, Lady Chatterley's Lover and 1917.
It was one of his most recent roles the landed him in the MCU, in 2021 Richard played the role of Ikaris in Eternals and that makes him a Man of the MCU.

Advent Calendar 2022: Men of the MCU - Day 5 - Anthony Mackie
Anthony has a very long list of shows and movies he has appeared in including big named films like 8 Mile, Million Dollar Baby, Half Nelson and appearances in episodes of Law & Order: Criminal Intent, Animals and Altered Carbon.
Despite his long list (70+) of shows and movies, when people here the name Anthony Mackie they immediately think of his MCU role. He plays Sam Wilson in the Avengers series of movies, Captain America films, Falcon & The Winter Soldier. In the latter, his character Sam actually becomes the new Captain America.
Without any doubts, Anthony is a man of the MCU

Advent Calendar 2022: Men of the MCU - Day 4 - Harry Styles
Todays advent calendar spotlight falls on Harry Styles...I know what you are thinking, Harry Styles? The Harry Styles? One Direction's Harry Styles? Well the answer is Yes!
Harry is known the world over as a singer and performer. Getting his start with One Direction and then embarking on a solo career. Harry is one of the biggest performers in the world. Selling out stadiums, countless hit songs, top 100's and the accolades could go on forever.
In recent years Harry has broken into acting including movies like "Dunkirk" and most recently "My Policeman". In 2021 though, Harry played the role of Eros in Marvel Studios film "Eternals" which was released into the MCU. This makes Harry Styles a man of the MCU.

Advent Calendar 2022: Men of the MCU - Day 3 - Jeremy Renner
Today's post honors a guy who is very recognizable in the MCU. Jeremy Renner is no stranger to our TV screens, acting for over 27 years, he has starred in a variety of movies and television shows, even appeared in P!nks music video "Trouble" and voiced a Cop in "Catwoman: The Game".
It's from the MCU that we would argue he is best known. For the past 10 years Jeremy has played the character "Hawkeye". From The Avengers series of movies, Captain America: Civil War, The "What If?" series, and his own TV Mini Series titled "Hawkeye".

Advent Calendar 2022: Men of the MCU - Day 2 - Sebastian Stan
When you think of the MCU a handful of names immediately jump to mind, and one of those names is undoubtedly Sebastian Stan. He has been a large part of it for about 11 years now.
Sebastian is no stranger to TV or film, hell he has even had a stint on broadway. Known for playing in TV series such as Gossip Girl, Kings, Once Upon a Time and Political Animals, to streaming series Pam & Tommy among others. Movies fans, including horror fans will know him from The Covenant, The Apparition and Fresh.
It's his role in the MCU however that makes him known the world over. As Bucky Barnes aka The Winter Soldier, Seb has had his finger prints all over the MCU from The Captain America movies to The Avengers Movies, Ant-Man, Black Panther and most recently the streaming series "The Falcon & The Winter Soldier".
Sebastian Stan is a man of the MCU, in fact he is in our opinion, one of the faces of the MCU.

Advent Calendar 2022: Men of the MCU - Day 1 - Jake Gyllenhaal
Jake Gyllenhaal, an A list celebrity known the world over, kicks off this years advent calendar. Jake has worked with major celebs, has been in blockbuster movies such as Brokeback Mountain, as well as cult favorites like Donnie Darko.
It was in 2019 that Jake became a member of the MCU when he took on the role of Quentin Beck / Mysterio in the summer blockbuster "Spider-Man: Far from Home". Since then Jake has spoke highly of Marvel and the MCU. Will we see him appear in the MCU again?...Never say never!
